Samy Vellu & The Truth Of Chapati

A Twitter message by someone going by the name “Dato Seri Samy Vellu” is going viral over the social networking site.

In his Twitter message posted under the account @DsamyVellu yesterday, “Dato Seri Samy Vellu” said “wife complaints I never do any work so I promised to cook dinner. She was surprised when I cooked capati and kept my promise. Janji Dicapati.”

The rib-tickling message received a huge response and “Dato Seri Samy Vellu” received over 1,500 followers overnight.

Two hours after the tweet message was posted, fellow Twitter netizen Michael Xavier Voon said, “Hey @DsamyVellu, loved your capati comment…looking forward to more and right on to stage with MACC (Malaysian Association of Chinese Comedians).

An hour later, one who goes by the name Candysabella Edward said “whoever is behind @DsamyVellu, even if he himself tweeting, salute. Keep on giving crack and u’ll get your menteri job back, perhaps. Hahaha.”

The overwhelming response from his “Janji Dicapati” message even surprised “Dato Seri Samy Vellu” when he responded today by saying, “aiyo! 1,500 + followers dalam satu hari? All because I cooked capati for my wife. Free capati for all of you! (Bila saya jadi balik menteri).

The message is seen as poking fun at the controversial Merdeka Day theme for this year, Janji Ditepati.

When contacted, former minister and ex-MIC president S Samy Vellu’s aide E Sivabalan said that the former does not own a Twitter account.

Samy Vellu became MIC president in 1979 and became one of the longest serving Cabinet minister in the country.

He lost his ministership in 2008 when he was defeated during the 2008 election. Subsequently, he relinquished his party presidency in 2010 to make way for his deputy G Palanivel.

The Curse of INDIANS!

Hindraf rally changed the overall perception of rakyat towards the ruling party during 2008. The rally ignited new spirit and thinking regarding the political scene in Malaysia. The impact created by Hindraf helped the oppositions to make use of this Golden Chance to circulate and market their self, with alot of promises which seems very contrary towards what have been done by the ruling party.

This promises brought the attention of rakyats whom were seeking for revolutionary change in the country. Trough this promises the opposition captured the rakyats trust and won the alot of parliamentary and DUN seats. The opposition even also published a documentation called "Buku Jingga" or "The Orange Book" which consist of 100 promises or changes which they will do, IF they rule this country.

As time pass by, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and now 2012. It been 5 years since the opposition ruled some states. The question which been swirling in my mind was - What and How much is the Impact and Changes brought by the oppositions so far?

As what rakyat believed, there would be so much changes. Yet, alot of contradictory evidences found which tells us very different stories. Lets take example for Indians, which most of people said - Indians are one of the group of rakyats which have to be given extra care since there is alot of improvement to be done for them.

But as what reveled by Hindraf recently, shows alot of issues which creates contrary image towards the oppositions promises before GE-12:

a) The land grunt were not released for all 97 Tamil Schools, Temples and Indian Cemeteries.

b) Only 6% (19 acre) land given to Indian Temples, where there is still alot of temples needs proper land.

c) Indian are not allowed to enroll in Asrama Yayasan Selangor Tun Dr.Ismail & Asrama Toh Puan Norashikin.

d) There no Boarding School is built for estate worker's children as what promised by opposition.

e) Indian occupy less than 1% from total receiver of Biasiswa Yayasan Selangor.

f) Total of 7 Temples demolished - 6 in Selangor and 1 in Kedah.

g) Total percentage of Indian serving under State Goverment made up less than 1%.

h) Indian Settlement in PJS 1, Lembah Subang, Flat Permata (Dengkil) and other hundreds of Indian Houses (Settlement) demolished.

 and last not least....

i) DAP demolishes Kg. Buah Pala in Penang!

Money Scams: Dr.Siti Mariam cheated Rakyat...?

The Pakatan had been marketing them-self as the saver of the country and rakyats. Alot of issues raised against the ruling party including Money Scams. As what been promised by Pakatan, there will be full enforcement in fighting against bribery and scams when they took over the country as the ruler after GE-13. With addition of Hudud Laws (as per ideologist-ed by PAS), will ensure the country is always in the peak of safety and crime-free state.

Yet the scenario is in contrast at Kota Raja Parliamentary, as the MP Dr.Siti Mariam was pledging for funds from Rakyats and voters for the preparation of next GE-13 task-force.This can be proved trough the evidences found in her Kota Raja Parlimentary's Official Blog:

As old prepositions says - "A Picture Tells Millions Of Stories". I decided to not elaborate further as I believe the rakyat are not blind enough to not accept this truth.

Yet, as usual there is some questions swirling in my mind:

a) Is it necessarily for a MP to pledge funding from the local peoples for the Election purpose?

b) Where goes the allocation and funds which been allocated by the State Government for the particular Parliamentary?

c) Did the mismanagement of funds and finance occurred here? Where goes the credibility as the People's Leader?

d) As Malaysian people is regarded as Good and Kind. There surely been alot of good heart humans donated. So, where is the money NOW?

and last not least....

e) Do we need a MP like this again after GE-13 in Kota Raja?

"THINK AND VOTE RESPONSIBLY"

Skandal Kewangan: Dr.Siti Mariam menipu Rakyat ...?

Dr.Siti Mariah, Kota Raja PAS & Exploitation of Indian Voters?

Dr Mariah, the Kota Raja (PAS) MP had been told exploiting Indians for the purpose of politics, party and personal benefits. As far as what we concern, PAS is a party which focused in establishing an Islam country with Hudud Law enforcement.

The ideology of PAS previously was tarnished by other races and religion apart from Muslims since this country is belongs to all religion and races. After the GE-12 tsunami, PAS joined the opposition force to ensure some states is conquered to be control by this opposition force.

Alot of questions raised when PAS decided to took this action. The rakyats been blind folded by the slogan "PAS untuk Semua" (PAS for All). What is this actually means? Is PAS opened their membership for Non-Muslims? How bout Islam country concept? and The Hudud Law enforcement?

Confusion after confusion and yet they still confusing the rakyats. Recently, Dr.Mariam had be seen meeting the Indian which includes the Hindus and Christians as a part of preparation for the GE-13 Force. Below is a paragraph stated in Dr.Mariam's blog:

A part of the phrase tells us that Dr.Mariam used to wear gloves to avoid contact (shaking-hands) with the non-muslim voters. Clearly I would like to state here that Im not condemning Dr.Mariam for the part of her religious views but its more to the humanity issue. Because its not harm if she could just explain her religious principles to the voters and people of Kota Raja so that they would understood her religious standings and also the Islamic do and dont's. This act is found to be so pathetic when realized, instead of explaining her religious standing, she used glove as tool for contact prevention.

Besides that, the saga dint ends there. More and more Indians are absorbed for their programs as a tool to show the 'power' of PAS and also 'confidence' of Indians towards PAS. The future of Kota Raja Parlimentary seat seems to be so scary to be think off since it is haunted by series of terrific saga.

Indian voters of Kota Raja exploited?
