Chief Minister Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim said the Democracy Consolidation Programme is still running around Dun in the state and partly done.
"The main reason we have not made a decision (DUN dissolution simultaneously or not) because we want to ensure that voters in the EC electoral really clean and that's why we established the Democracy Consolidation Programme this," he said.
"So far 29 of the 56 state assembly we receive information after getting involved with the program Strengthening Democracy, while the remainder has not yet," he told Keadilan daily.
Khalid said this regard, a special meeting thereof to be held on August 17 this with the State Economic Planning Unit (EPU) and related groups.
Democracy Strengthening Program implemented Selangor Government aims to increase awareness about the democratic rights of its citizens, including voters protested the illegal or questionable electoral commission.
